Ingredients:
- 1 jar Old English Cheese Spread
- 1/4 pound bar of butter
- 1 can Crab Meat, drained
- 2 Tbs Mayonnaise
- 2 tbs Lawrey's Seasoned Salt
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 6 English muffins, split
I go heavy on the Seasoned Salt and garlic.

Preparation:
- Mix cheese, butter (hint: let them warm to room temp for easier
mixing), mayonnaise, salt and garlic. Fold in crab meat. Spread on
muffin halves (pastry spatula works well).
- Wrap in foil, stacked, separating layers with wax paper.
- Freeze. They will keep almost indefinitely if properly wrapped.
- To serve: Cover a cookie sheet with foil, cut the frozen muffin
halves into quarters and arrange on the cookie sheet. Heat under
broiler until the cheese browns. Place on paper towels and serve.
